Massages
I
had THE best massage today! I normally go to "Massage Envy" but they were
all booked up. I found another massage place, that is near me; "Hand
& Stone Massage and Facial Spa". I had a full body massage along with
a Cold Stone facial and upgraded with essential oils; a must.
I knew my back and neck area was full of knots from the lupus, but I had no idea how bad. The full body massage was fabulous!
The Cold Stone Facial was remarkable! I totally
recommend that to anyone who gets migraines or who has sinus problems.
Once the tech put the cold stones on my sinus area I immediately felt
the pressure release. The best part, was the tech knew what Lupus is and
she was trained in Ankylosing spondylitis. She was very knowledgeable.
I can't even begin to explain how relaxed and free my mind was. The 50 minutes seemed to double in time {even though it didn't}. I haven't been that relaxed in so long.
I wish insurance companies paid for massages when it came to chronic illnesses!
